In French, graille is slang for food or to eat

How do you say it? Gr-eye — not grill, not grail. Rhymes with cry. Happy tears only though, obviously.

I'm Lebanese-Italian, born in Canada, grew up in the States, and living in London, which basically means my life has been a fortunate buffet of insane food experiences. Somewhere between scribbling notes while binge-watching the Food Network as a kid and growing up to casually host dinners, I fell in love with cooking for the people in my life.

I'm not a professional hostess (nor am I trying to be), but I know this much: a good meal isn't just about the food — it's about everything happening around it. There’s no better sound than your family and friends chatting while you're in the kitchen cooking for them. You sit together at a table, and yes you eat, but the dinner table is also where the giggles happen (no thanks to my jokes), the lores are shared, the deep secrets are spilled, and the memories are made to stick.

La Graille was born out of that love — my vision is to create products that don’t just look good, but spark the real magic of a meal: conversation.

You'll discover things you never knew about the people you love, and you'll create those memories you want to hang on to forever.

So come sit with us — trust me, we'll be the talk of the table.

Bon appétit, buon appetito, and sa7tein!
